Factory reset

Warning: a factory reset deletes all settings and pairings; you will need to add the camera again in the Eufy Security app.

  2. Find the reset button on the camera; it is usually a small hole or button on the back or bottom.
  3. Insert a paperclip or thin tool into the hole and hold the button for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Release when you hear a sound or see lights blink to indicate the reset started.
  5. Open the Eufy app, remove the old device entry if needed, and add the camera again via 'Add Device'.
